Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and pkjk ("pkjk", "we", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the pkjk website and any associated mobile interfaces, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, virtual sports, and all promotional activities.

Access to and use of the pkjk platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms. pkjk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active pkjk account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a professional or commercial gambling operator.
• You have not previously had a pkjk account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of pkjk, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the pkjk platform or any related gaming platform operated by pkjk's technology partners.

pkjk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and place of residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pkjk platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pkjk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify pkjk's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. pkjk accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pkjk operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name).

pkjk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal facilities and withhold pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Deposits & Payments

pkjk accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select local bank transfers including those facilitated through BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank. All deposit amounts are credited to your pkjk wallet balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a current promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the deposit interface and may vary by payment method.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your pkjk wallet balance within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to reflect, depending on the processing times of the sending institution. pkjk accepts no responsibility for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking networks.

Deposit Source

All funds deposited into your pkjk account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. If pkjk identifies a deposit originating from an account not registered to the accountholder, the deposit amount may be returned and the account may be subject to review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the pkjk account dashboard, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period are detailed within the withdrawal interface and may vary based on account verification status and payment method.

Processing Time

pkjk aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are generally the fastest to process. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

Withdrawal Conditions

pkjk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documents provided are insufficient.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances have not been met.
• A technical issue or payment processor error prevents processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkjk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a verified pkjk account.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings upon expiry.
• pkjk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice if technical, regulatory, or operational reasons require it.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion process.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pkjk platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by the pkjk system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. pkjk reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where the platform believes the bet to be placed with knowledge of inside information, where a pricing error has occurred, or where the requested stake exceeds the applicable market limit.

Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a human or system error ("palpable error"), pkjk reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. pkjk will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in the relevant sport's rules, all bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket competitions are published in the Cricket Betting section of the platform.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino table games and RNG slot games are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes. Technical malfunctions void all associated plays and stakes are returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkjk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the pkjk platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using the platform for the purposes of money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for personal financial gain without first reporting them to pkjk.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other players or with casino dealers.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or "scalping" strategies in a manner that pkjk determines to be in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkjk staff or other platform users.

Responsible Gaming

Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a source of income or a method of relieving financial pressure. pkjk provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity responsibly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pkjk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, odds compilations, and the pkjk brand identity — is the exclusive property of pkjk or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the pkjk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pkjk platform without prior written authorisation from pkjk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkjk's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pkjk account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkjk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond pkjk's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking networks, or regulatory interventions.

Amendments to Terms

pkjk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkjk will provide notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the pkjk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with the account closure process described in the pkjk Help Centre.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pkjk operates as an international entertainment platform and these Terms are intended to be read in the context of your local applicable regulations.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkjk platform, you should in the first instance contact pkjk's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. pkjk's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aims to resolve disputes within 5 business days of the initial complaint being lodged.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through pkjk's customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
